Document Q&A

Drop in dense, multi-hundred-page documents — contracts, regulatory filings, medical case files — and ask questions in plain language. Every answer carries a citation back to the page or section it came from; click a citation to see the original passage highlighted in context. Works across multiple documents in one session (e.g., a master agreement plus its amendments), with conversation memory for follow-up questions. Launch: drop files on the Home or Chat view. Document Summarization

Condense long reports with structured styles — bullets, executive brief, or detailed — and export straight to PDF, DOCX, or TXT. Documents longer than the model's context window are handled automatically with chunked summarization, so you never split files by hand. Launch: the Summarize card on Home, or the Workflows view. Private Writing Assistant

Polish, shorten, expand, fix grammar, or adjust the tone of sensitive text — HR letters, legal memos, partner emails — with tone presets (formal, casual, diplomatic, assertive, friendly) and a track-changes view that shows exactly what the AI altered so you can accept or reject each edit. PII Redaction

Detect and remove names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, SSN / national IDs, credit cards, bank accounts, dates of birth, and IP addresses before sharing a document externally. A highlight-and-review step lets you confirm or override every redaction, and the export is true redaction — the underlying text is removed from the file (shown as a [REDACTED] label, a typed label, or black bars, your choice), not just visually covered. Private Translation

Translate contracts, policies, and records across 21 languages — English, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), Japanese, Korean, plus major European, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian languages — with document formatting preserved (tables, headings, lists) and an optional side-by-side original/translation DOCX export.   • Local API Server (Business edition) — let your own scripts and applications call Tholos AI over a localhost endpoint, with no outbound path. (Settings → enable local API)
Throughout every workflow, the "Fully Offline" badge stays visible — and you can verify it yourself: disconnect from the internet, or watch your system's network monitor while processing. Nothing leaves your machine.
