Can't find your workflow? Request one

Tholos AI ships with a focused set of built-in workflows — but if you’ve looked through them and none quite fits the job you have in mind, you can tell us what would help. We read every request, and they directly shape what we build next.

How to request a workflow

  1. Open the Workflows view.
  2. At the end of the workflow grid, click the “Request a workflow” tile (“Don’t see what you need? Tell us what would help.”).
  3. A short request form opens, pre-filled with a template. Describe the task you’re trying to do — the kind of document, what you want out of it, and how you do it today.
  4. Send it. That’s it.

What makes a useful request

  • The outcome, not the mechanism. “Turn a stack of leases into a rent-and-renewal table” tells us more than “add a table feature.”
  • A real example. The type of file you start with and what a good result looks like.
  • How often you do it — a daily task is a stronger candidate than a one-off.
Working with sensitive material? You don’t need to attach real documents — just describe the shape of the task. And remember the request form, like everything else, is sent only when you choose to send it.
