Tholos AI for finance & audit

Finance, accounting, and audit teams work with material that’s confidential by definition — earnings drafts, M&A memos, customer financials, audit evidence. Much of it is also market-sensitive. Tholos AI lets you apply AI to all of it without anything leaving your machine, so confidential and non-public information stays in your control.

What you can do

  • Build a register from a pile of documents. Extract vendor, amount, currency, and due date from a year of invoices — or parties and terms from contracts — straight into CSV/XLSX. See Entity Extraction.
  • Question a long filing. Ask a 200-page report “what were the top three risks?” or “how did segment revenue compare?” with cited answers — Document Q&A.
  • Draft an executive summary. Condense an earnings draft or strategy report into a brief — Summarization.
  • Review supplier agreements for risky terms before signing — Contract Review.
  • Process a whole folder unattended. Run extraction or summarization across hundreds of files in one pass — Batch Processing.
  • Sanitize data for external auditors. Redact account numbers and customer names before handing files over — PII Redaction.

Why it’s safe for financial data

Earnings drafts and deal memos are often material non-public information; customer financials and audit evidence carry strict confidentiality duties. Routing any of it through a cloud AI service means trusting a third party’s retention, jurisdiction, and access controls. Tholos AI keeps it on-device, so there’s no external processor in scope and the data stays under your existing controls. That’s something you can show to risk, IT, or an auditor — see Verifying Tholos AI is truly offline.

Tholos AI is an analysis and drafting aid, not a source of financial, accounting, or investment advice — verify its output against the source. This page describes how the software works, not professional advice.

Try it on a real document with the 14-day trial, read the cloud-AI comparison, or see plans and pricing.
